How To Measure Your Frame Size
Choosing the right frame size is essential for a perfect fit. To find your ideal size, you can either check the dimensions of your current glasses or measure them yourself.
Frame Size Guide
Please note that the measurements printed on the inside of the temple may differ slightly from those listed on our website due to variations in measurement methods. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your current frame to ensure your new glasses fit comfortably.
Size | From hinge to hinge(mm) |
Narrow | 125mm - 128mm |
Medium | 129mm - 132mm |
Wide | 133mm - 136mm |
Extra Wide | 137mm - 140mm |
Frame Width
Measure the frame horizontally from hinge to hinge to determine the total width.
Lens Width
Lens width refers to the horizontal measurement of each lens at its widest point.
Lens Height
Lens height is the vertical distance at the tallest part of the lens. If you’re ordering progressive lenses, the frame should have a minimum lens height of 33mm.
Bridge Width
The bridge width is the distance between the two lenses, measured at the narrowest point of the frame.
Temple Length
Temple length measures the length of the temple arm, including the bend that rests behind your ear.
