Who can participate?

All registered members can participate. Some offers, such as free gifts, bonus points and coupons, are limited to specific membership tiers, as noted on each offer tile.

How many bonus points will I earn during the promotion?

During the promotion, all tiers earn extra points. The exact multiplier or bonus per tier is displayed on your checkout pages.

Has the maximum points discount per order changed?

Yes — during the promotion, we have increased the maximum percentage of an order that can be paid for with points. The promotional maximum is shown at checkout. Outside of the promotion, the standard maximum applies.

What if my membership tier changes during the promotion?

Your benefits are determined by your membership status at the time of order placement. If your tier upgrades after an order is submitted, that specific order will retain the rewards applicable to your original tier. Special terms and conditions may apply to certain cases.
